As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a background in cardiology, I have seen firsthand how excess weight, hormone imbalances, and chronic health conditions can impact not only cardiovascular health but also energy, confidence, and overall quality of life. That experience inspired my passion for helping patients optimize their health before disease develops.
